General

You have three hours to go through the courses as many times as you like. Most people take 2-3 hours to go throught the courses. After three hours you need to return the helmets and harnesses

All adventurers put on their helmets and harnesses under the supervision of our staff member. Before you are allowed to go on the courses you need to complete a test track.

Groups less than 10 people don’t need a reservation. If your are a larger group, we recommend to contact us in advance so we can reserve all the necessary equipment for you. Please note that some activites always require an advance booking (forest yoga, ice climbing)

Rain doesn’t prevent adventures on the courses. In case of storms and strong winds we close the park as a safety measure and offer you a refund.

Dress appropriately for the weather and remember that this is a physical activity. Good shoes that cover your toes. Gloves are obligatory on the high courses. You can bring your own or purchase a pair at the reception.

The prices vary according to the product and event. Latvarata is 28€ per person, Latvarata Jr is 24€ and Kantorata 22€

Birthdays

The fastest way to book a party is through our website. In case of special requiests, please use the form on the birthday page to ask for more information and a quote

Spectators can walk along the courses and take photos on the ground level. There’s also benches along the way to sit down

The party can last for up to three hours in total (acitivities and possible catering). Most common duration is 2-3 hours.

Gift cards

You can purchase gift cards from our website or at the parks.

You can use the gift card code both in our webshop or at the park. Remember to bring the gift card / voucher with you.

Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase

No. Gift cards can be used as long as they have value and validity, but you cannot exchange it for cash.

Groups/schools

If you have only reserved tickets, minor changes can be informed on arrival. If you have booked catering or other special items, please contact us in advance so we can adjust accordinly. Use the link in the confirmation email.

See the individual products for more info. Some acitivites have a minimum and maximum group sizes, but not all.

Yes. Please contact the reception via the link in the confirmation email to make modifications.

Some activities and products (such as gift cards) need to be paid in full in advance, but not all.

We can send invoices, but only to entities with a valid business ID (companies, clubs, shools, …) There is an additional invoicing fee of 15€ to handle the costs of invoicing.

Before booking/arrival

Backpacks and bumbags are not permitted on the course becuase of the need to wear a harness. We have limited storage capacity so please leave large items home.

Yes. Children shouldn’t be left unattended. The supervision requirements are on the individual adventures’ pages

We use Edelrid Smart Belay and Kanopeo Saferoller continuous belay systems on the tracks.

No. All our equipment are checked regularly according to a manufacturer’s schedule. It is impossible for us to know how other people’s equipment has been used / stored, so we don’t allow own gear to be used.

Our adventures are designed to be as accessible as possible. The courses require a degree of physical fitness, but if you can climb up a rope ladder, you’ll be fine. Other group activities such as forest yoga or geocaching are more mellow and relaxing.

Absolutely! The more photos you take, the better the memories of these moments. We recommend that cameras and phones are attached to the participant with a lanyard to avoid any damage to the equipment. We are not responsible for any damage to cameras/phones on the premises.

On site we accept most common debit/credit cards, some sports benefits (Smartum, Edenred, ePassi), gift cards and vouchers purchased from our web store, and occasionally vouchers from authorized resellers. Online we accept payment methods offered by Paytrail Finland.
