Winter holiday adventure outdoors
Winter holidays are not just about sitting indoors. At Korkee Paloheinä you and your family can get out, move around and experience something different - in the treetops, in the fresh winter air.
On the slopes, you climb, balance and move from tree to tree above the winter forest. On the runways, even younger adventurers can test their skills in safety. Staff are on hand at all times to guide and help.
A familiar park, a new atmosphere - the Paloheinä in winter is an experience like no other.
Easy to Come By
No previous experience? No worries. You don't need a pre-booking, special equipment or adventure experience. Come as you are - we'll take care of the rest.
- No need to book in advance. Tickets are sold on site, so you can decide in the morning depending on the weather.
- Staff will guide you. Every visit starts with an orientation, and help is available at all times.
- No execution. You go at your own pace and enjoy the journey.
- No previous experience needed. The trails are also suitable for first-timers.

How to dress for the track in winter
The cycling is active, so don't dress too warmly - you'll sweat fast!
- Layered clothing works best: a base layer, an intermediate layer and a windproof top layer.
- Gloves are essential - a thin, grippy glove works better than a thick mitten.
- Sturdy shoes, with good grip. Avoid slippery winter boots.
- Avoid long scarves and dangling cords, which can adhere to structures.

This is the first time that Korkee Paloheinä is open during the winter holidays. We want to see what adventure feels like in winter - and we hope you'll come and experience it with us.
