General information
The ticket includes three hours of adventure time. Most customers spend 2-3 hours on the trails. At the end of the time, equipment must be returned
First, you put on your equipment (helmet, harness) under the supervision of an instructor. Before entering the track, all participants must complete a test track.
Groups of less than 10 people do not need to book in advance. For larger groups, we recommend that you contact us in advance so that we can reserve sufficient equipment. Some activities always require advance booking.
Rain does not prevent activities on the tracks. In the event of a storm or high winds, we will close the park as a safety measure and offer you a refund.
If an event has to be cancelled due to weather conditions, group bookings can be moved to our indoor venues where possible. REDI, in the vicinity of Mustikkamaa, is home to the Get Off the Land Climbing Centre, Laser Arena, Hohtogolf Redi and Bouncy Castle Park.
Dress for the weather and remember that the adventure is a physical one. Wear good shoes that cover your toes. Gloves are a must on the slopes. You can buy your own at the ticket office or bring your own.

The fastest way to book a birthday party is to do it through our website. If you can't find what you're looking for or need something special, please fill in the form below and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Gift vouchers can be bought online and in parks
You can use the voucher in the online shop by entering the code in the space provided, or use it on the spot in the park. Remember to take the gift voucher with you to the park.
Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

No. The gift card can be used within its validity period for as long as it has value. The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
Groups/schools
If you have booked only ticketed products, minor changes can be notified on arrival. If you have booked refreshments or other products, please be in touch in advance. Use the link in the booking confirmation to send a message.

Some products must be paid for in advance, but not all.
We can send invoices, but only to parties with a valid Y-identification (companies, clubs, schools, etc.). An additional fee of €15 will be charged to cover invoicing costs.
Before booking/arrival
For safety reasons, backpacks or fanny packs cannot be taken onto the track. We have limited storage space, so please leave your largest bags at home.
Group discounts apply to groups of more than 20 people

Children must not be left unsupervised. For supervision requirements, please see the specific page for each activity.
The tracks are equipped with Edelrid Smart Belay and Kanopeo Saferoller safety equipment.
All our equipment is regularly inspected according to the manufacturer's instructions. We have no way of knowing how other people's own equipment has been used or stored, so the use of your own equipment is not permitted.
Our activities are designed to be as accessible as possible. The trails require some physical fitness, but if you can climb a rope ladder, you'll be fine. Other group activities, such as forest yoga or geocaching, are more relaxing and peaceful.

Of course! The more photos you take, the more pleasant the memories. We recommend that cameras and phones are secured with a strap or lanyard to prevent damage. We are not responsible for the equipment or any damage caused to them.
