Booking and delivery conditions
General information
The sections contained in these Terms of Use are the terms and conditions of the transaction between the customer and Seikkailupuisto Korkeessassa (Outdoor Entertainment Oy, 3295278-6) (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider). By booking a service or making a payment for our services, the customer accepts these terms and conditions and agrees to abide by them. The contract is formed when the customer has booked the service or made payment for the service and this has been confirmed by the service provider.
Use of services
The purchased service can only be used to consume that service.
Holidays, exceptions and service breaks
We do not refund individual days when the centre has been closed. We will announce any exceptions separately on our social media pages. Our booking calendar also shows the current situation. We do not refund individual exceptions caused by reasons beyond the control of the service provider.
Payment
You can buy Korkeessassa Adventure Park products from the online shop or on the spot, and on an ad hoc basis from the outlets of Korkeessassa Adventure Park's partners.
Paying online
The payment methods used in the online shop are those offered by Paytrail Finljai. The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.
Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc is licensed as a payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.

Payment on the spot
On site at Seikkailupuisto Korkeessassa, you can pay in cash (euros), domestic debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and a sports voucher or sports and culture voucher (Smartum, Edenred, Eazybreak). You can only use the sports voucher to pay for your personal sports services. Sports vouchers and gift cards cannot be converted into cash and are non-refundable. Invoicing is possible by separate agreement. As a general rule, we only invoice organisations with a business ID, not individuals. An invoice surcharge of €10 will be added to invoices.
Loss of tickets or gift cards
Lost tickets or gift vouchers will not be refunded.
Gift voucher
When paying with a gift card on the spot, the gift card must be presented at the time of payment. When paying online, the gift card code must be entered in the space provided. The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Sickness cases, changes to purchases and refunds
Medical cases with a doctor's or nurse's certificate, refunds and changes or exchanges of services already purchased are handled on a case-by-case basis. For refunds and changes to purchases, we charge a processing fee of €10. Refunds will not be made if the service has been paid for with sports allowances or other benefits provided by the employer. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used to place the order.
Offers
Bids cannot be combined. The percentage or euro discount applies only to services at the normal price, not to services priced in a discount group or already discounted. In addition, promotions and offers may have their own conditions of sale or a different period of validity.
Booking and cancellation conditions
Reservations are binding and we do not accept provisional reservations. Some products/services have a booking fee that must be paid before the reservation is confirmed. Some products require full payment before the event. Unpaid tickets booked must be claimed at least 15 minutes before the start time of the reservation. We reserve the right to return unclaimed tickets for re-sale on a case-by-case basis. If you are unable to attend the session you have booked, you must cancel your booking by email using the link on the booking confirmation.
For cancellations received less than 3 days before the booking date, we charge a cancellation fee of €50, except in cases of illness (a doctor's or nurse's certificate must be provided). Individual bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the start of the booking. If cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice or if the client does not show up, we will charge the client the full price.
For cancellations made outside normal opening hours, we will always charge a minimum of 50% of the total amount of the booking (cancellations made more than 7 days before the event), but if the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the event, or if the booking is not cancelled at all before the event, we will charge the customer the full price.
The service provider has the right to cancel the customer's booking if the service has to be cancelled due to low attendance or other force majeure. In this case, the customer will be refunded in full or exchanged for another service of equal value from the same provider.
The services available for sale in the online shop are subject to our general terms and conditions for online sales. Unused single, series or other tickets purchased from the online shop cannot be cancelled (Consumer Protection Act Chapter 6, §16, section 11).
Age limits
Clients of all ages are welcome, but parents or adults accompanying the child are responsible for the child. Minors are always the responsibility of a parent or guardian. Please check age, height, weight or other restrictions for different services before purchasing.
