Rules<\/h1>

1. Organizer<\/h2>
The raffle is organized by Outdoor Entertainment Oy (business ID 3295278-6), address c\/o Kummelipolku 5a, 02330 Espoo (\u201dOrganizer\u201d). The raffle is part of Seikkailupuisto Korke's marketing communications.<\/div>

2. Right to participate<\/h2>
Every natural person who is at least 18 years old and permanently resides in Finland can participate in the lottery.<\/div>
Employees of the Organizer or its group companies, or their immediate family members, cannot participate in the draw.<\/div>
Participation is not required to purchase nor is there a fee.<\/div>

3. Draw Period<\/h2>

The 2026 drawing rounds will be published on the following dates: April 20, 2026, June 22, 2026, October 5, 2026, and December 14, 2026. Each round is its own separate draw.<\/div>

4. Participation<\/h2>
To enter the drawing, do the following:<\/div>
1. Subscribe to the Adventure Park Korkee newsletter at https:\/\/korkee.fi<\/a>.<\/div>
2. Open the newsletter for the prize draw round.<\/div>
3. Click the giveaway link in the newsletter, which will take you to the page https:\/\/korkee.fi\/kampanja\/arvonta\/<\/a>.<\/div>
4. Complete the entry form within the entry period for the respective draw round.<\/div>
Each person may participate once per drawing round. Multiple entries will be rejected, and only the first will be accepted.<\/div>

5. Prize<\/h2>
The prize will be announced in the newsletter for each drawing round, and the prize options are:<\/div>
\u2013 **Family Package to Korkee Adventure Park** (for 4 people): admission tickets to Korkee adventure park, including safety harnesses and necessary equipment. The winner can choose to redeem their tickets at either Korkee Mustikkamaa (Mustikkamaanpolku 8, 00580 Helsinki) or Korkee Palohein\u00e4 (Pakilantie 124, 00670 Helsinki).<\/div>
- **Gift card for a summer adventure**: an electronic gift card valid for one adventure at Seikkailupuisto Korkee during the upcoming summer season, in Mustikkamaa or Palohein\u00e4.<\/div>
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize. The prize cannot be split into multiple parts.<\/div>
The prize must be redeemed by {{palkinnon_voimassaolo}}. Unclaimed prizes will expire without notice. If the prize is a gift card for a summer adventure, its validity will be determined by Korke's next summer season opening hours.<\/div>
To redeem the prize, group participants must adhere to the High Ropes Adventure Park's safety regulations: general minimum age of 7 years, minimum height of 120 cm (for the Kids' Course, 90 cm, no age limit), and harness weight and measurement limits. The adventure is not suitable for individuals with severe fear of heights or significant mobility impairments on the upper-level courses.<\/div>

6. Winner Selection and Announcement<\/h2>
The winner will be drawn randomly from all eligible participants. One (1) winner per drawing round.<\/div>
The winner will be contacted. personally<\/strong>\u00a0by email or phone using the contact information provided on the participation form within seven (7) days of the draw. The winner's name or contact details will not be published on Seikkailupuisto Korkee's channels.<\/div>
If the winner cannot be reached within ten (10) days of the draw, or if the winner does not confirm receipt of the prize within that time, the Organizer has the right to draw a new winner.<\/div>

7. Organizer's Liability<\/h2>
The organizer's liability is limited to the value of the prize. The organizer is not responsible for obstacles to participation caused by, for example, technical malfunctions, undelivered emails, or internet connection failures.<\/div>
The organizer is not responsible for damages caused to the winner or any third party by the use or acceptance of the prize, except for liability arising from mandatory legislation.<\/div>

8. Processing of personal data<\/h2>
The entry form collects name, email address, and phone number. The information will be processed solely for the purpose of organizing this raffle and contacting the winner.<\/div>
Information will be deleted once the drawing round has ended and the prize has been claimed, unless the participant has separately consented to continue the newsletter subscription.<\/div>

9. Lottery Tax Act<\/h2>
The organizer is responsible for the lottery tax according to the Lottery Tax Act (552\/1992).<\/div>

10. Other terms<\/h2>
The drawing is not sponsored, administered, or associated in any way with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any other third parties.<\/div>
By participating in the prize draw, the participant accepts these rules and agrees to abide by them.<\/div>
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the contest rules, schedule, or prize if the change is necessary for technical, operational, or legal reasons. Changes will be announced on this same page.<\/div>
Finnish law applies to these terms. Any disputes shall primarily be settled by negotiation; otherwise, disputes shall be settled by the Helsinki District Court.<\/div>
