Adventure guides are the most important people in the park. They work directly with customers and, in addition to providing excellent customer service, they ensure that customers have unforgettable experiences and experiences.<\/span><\/p>

Daily tasks include opening and closing the park; advising, guiding and assisting customers in the park; giving safety briefings to groups; solving problems (rescue tasks); cashiering and so on. You will work in different areas throughout the day to keep the day meaningful.<\/span><\/p>

The adventure instructor does not need to have previous work experience (but that's not a bad thing).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Shift leaders do everything that adventure leaders do. They are also responsible for the day-to-day running of the park and making sure that team members know what everyone is doing at any given time. The shift leader ensures that there is a rotation of tasks, a timely break, and that all routines and tasks are done properly at both opening and closing.<\/span><\/p>

The duty manager will also deal with difficult customer situations (if they arise). He or she will be an exemplary customer service representative and set an example for the rest of the team. Being sociable helps them to keep up their good spirits even on busy days.<\/p>

The alternate should have at least 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We will start processing applications immediately and the deadline for applications is 15 February. Interviews will take place in February and March, with final selections of the team by mid-March.<\/p>\n

Team orientation takes place over one weekend in April (17-19 April, Friday afternoon, Sat and Sun all day) Attendance is essential to make your summer the best it can be. In exceptional cases, other training can be arranged, but this will not be as in-depth as the training weekends.<\/p>\n

The parks open to all customers in early May, but we can welcome groups as early as April.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Korkee is open from May to October, after which the parks close for the winter. We have indoor sites open all year round in REDI, Kalasatama and every year a few team members continue to work in our indoor sites.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

You'll mainly work in one place, but some people want to (and can) work in both Mustikkamaa and Palohein\u00e4ki.<\/p>

We try to take the weather into account and move team members between Mustikkamaa and REDI sites as needed. If the outdoor park is empty due to rain and there is a huge traffic jam inside, we will ask some people to help from outside to inside and vice versa.<\/p>

These are always done on a case-by-case basis, but this helps to keep the workload moderate at each location.
